Being securely attached to your parents from birth enables you to cope well with life's ups and downs, but what about children who have been adopted or removed from their families?

Jess Stevenson went to meet some families who have had experience of adoption or fostering. She began with Sandra Cleaver* who was removed from her mother at birth.
